Lauren and Chris here from Get A Grip 4x4. 

It is funny looking back on how our business came about. Lauren would sit for hours at work daydreaming about what she could do as a side hustle, coming up with new ideas everyday. Weaving paracord to replace stock grab handles in fourbies was never on her list! And it very much happened by coincidence when Lauren thought it would be a great gift for Chris’ birthday. So why not make them for other fourbies then? We created the first dedicated grip Instagram page to test the waters and before we knew it, orders came flooding in. We continued our full time jobs and stayed up past midnight most evenings to get our orders done. Although Get A Grip 4x4 has been incredibly hard work, it is all worth it when we see your messages of appreciation, photos of your new grips, and even better, seeing them in the wild!

Get A Grip 4x4 has one simple aim. That is, to provide handmade grips to customise your interior to the quality that we are proud to run in our own car.
